This project was a blast to put together. “Ticket to Win” was a culture-building exercise for corporate leadership. Each leader received a booklet of 32 tickets with a corresponding website where they could report on and track their progress. Each ticket contained a task, with four categories of tasks and three levels of difficulty. After completing a task, they could log their ticket as a post on the site and report back on what they did and what the results were. Commenting on each other’s completed tasks led to some fun banter between leaders. Each completed ticket would count as an entry for that person into a drawing for an iPad at the end of the quarter. A special Golden ticket was made available in 10% of the printed booklets, and counted as an automatic entry.
Not only did I create the print designs for each booklet, but I also designed a custom theme for the SharePoint website to match.
